Here's The Clue:
This very primative carnivore was one of the earliest dinosaurs. It is so primitive that it appears to predate the saurischian and ornithiscian orders. Its four-fingered hands and five-toed feet were quite unlike the two fingers and three toes of later carnivorous dinosaurs. A small dinosaur, it had a long body, legs and tail that suggests it was a swift runner - 230 million year ago.
