Here's The Clue:
One of the most famous of all dinosaurs, it was the second dinosaur described in the early 1800s. A plant eater, it is best known for its distinctive thumb spikes that may have been use for defense. Found in many parts of Europe, the most spectacular find was made in 1878 when 24 nearly complete skeletons were uncovered in a coal mine over 1,000 feet underground.
